Terms of service

These terms govern your use of arvynweb.com and services offered by Arvyn Web (“we”, “us”). By using this site, requesting a quote, or purchasing a build, you agree to these terms.

Services. We design and develop custom websites for small businesses. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is billed separately or deferred to a new agreement.

Your responsibilities. You provide accurate business information, timely feedback on staging previews, and access needed for launch (domain registrar, DNS, etc.). Delays in your feedback may shift the launch date.

Intellectual property. Upon full payment for the build, you receive ownership of the site content and custom code we deliver for your project, excluding third-party libraries, fonts, stock media licenses, and our pre-existing portfolio templates used only as reference. We may display your launched site (with permission) in our portfolio.

Care subscription. Monthly care covers hosting on our managed Cloudflare setup, reasonable content tweaks, and support channels we define at signup. It does not include new pages, rebrands, or major feature builds unless quoted separately.

Privacy

We collect information you submit through our contact form (name, email, message, and any fields you fill in) to respond to inquiries. Form delivery may use a third-party processor (such as FormSubmit) that routes mail to [email protected].

Analytics and hosting. Sites we host may use Cloudflare for delivery and security. Cloudflare and similar providers may process connection metadata (IP, user agent) per their policies.

Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

Retention. We keep business correspondence as long as needed for support, taxes, and disputes. You may request deletion of non-essential contact data by emailing us.

Portfolio samples

Demonstration sites on this portfolio (for example Pitstop Lane, Axis Cut Lab, Veloce Motor Gallery) use fictional business names. They are shown to illustrate layout and functionality, not to represent real operating companies unless labeled as a client build.

Sample ordering, booking, and cart flows store data in your browser only or show demo messages. They do not place real orders, charge cards, or integrate with live third-party marketplaces unless explicitly stated on a client project page.

Watermarks and “portfolio sample” ribbons mean the demo is for evaluation, not commercial use of the fictional brand.

Payments & refunds

Online purchases use Stripe payment links or buy buttons shown on our pricing page. Prices displayed are in US dollars unless noted otherwise.

Build fee. The $350 build is due as shown at checkout (bundled with the first month of care when offered as a single checkout). Work starts after payment and scope confirmation.

Refunds. If we have not begun custom work, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After work has started, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

Subscriptions. Monthly care renews until canceled through the method provided by Stripe or by contacting us. Past months are not prorated on cancel.

General disclaimer

This site and our demos are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or licensed professional in your industry. You are responsible for compliance (ADA, privacy laws, industry regulations, food ordering laws, etc.) for your live business site.

Arvyn Web is a website studio and is not affiliated with any separate “Arvyn” trading or software product that may appear elsewhere online.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid services will be communicated to active clients.
